I made this today and it worked perfectly. I kept the egg white liquid (and the whites from the hollandaise sauce) and can use that in something else. I had the poached eggs with the hollandaise sauce from your website. So easy and fail proof methods!!5 stars

I live on a small farm and I keep my eggs at room temperature because they are unwashed. They are definitely fresh, but I wonder if starting them at room temperature makes a big difference

I used the vortex method as shown and just did one of four eggs at a time as a trial and of course practise makes perfect. Can i drop all four into the vortex one after another ?
