So happy you loved it, Karen! And yes, a side of cranberry sauce is always a smart idea. ;) Enjoy!

This healthier turkey meat version is just as yummy as the ground beef version. I like this version with a bit of cranberry sauce on the side.5 stars

It’s best to use quick-cooking oats to minimize the texture. You could also blitz the old-fashioned oats in a food processor to make them finer.

What else can I substitute the oats for?

Thanks

Is it possible to use old-fashioned oats in the meatloaf recipe?

Hi Barbara – There is a slight glitch! The video will be uploaded soon. As for sausage, I would remove any amount of meatloaf for how much sausage you add in.

Hi Janice – there are some brands of ketchup that don’t contain sugar. I believe Primal Kitchen has one. Hope that helps!

I’d love to find out if you have a substitute for the ketchup that would still keep the meatloaf juicy and flavourful.

Is there one? Also if I added sausage to the recipe how much should I use? Thank you Lisa❤️
