Spiralizer recipes are a great way to get more vegetables into your diet (no matter your dietary preference). Choose from a variety of vibrant, nutrient-dense vegetables for easy and healthy recipes the whole family will love.
When spiralizing first gained popularity, it seemed everyone only made zucchini noodles. And while I love zucchini noodles (and eat them year round), I’m excited that spiralizing has since gone mainstream. Today, vegetables of all types, colors and shapes are being spiralized to create easy, healthy and delicious recipes. It’s wonderful!
New to spiralizing? If you’re new to the world of spiralizing, make sure to read my Spiralizer Beginer’s Guide. In the guide you’ll find a “how to” video that walks you through the step-by-step process of spiralizing different vegetables. Sometimes it’s just easier to learn by watching.
But today, I wanted to share my best spiralizer recipes. These reader favorite recipes are creative, delicious, and perfect for breakfast, lunch and dinner. So grab your spiralizer (or buy the spiralizer I recommend) and enjoy these recipes.
