It may be a slight understatement to say that my first meal prep post and video was a smashing success. In fact, that YouTube video is now the #1 most popular video on my channel. And the number one request I’ve received from readers and subscribers over the last few months – “more meal prep please!”

So today, I’m back with another meal prep video and this time it’s healthy meal prep ideas for spring.

Meal Prepping for Spring

My spring meal prep is centered around fresh, seasonal produce like asparagus, cucumbers, arugula, spinach and blueberries. With warmer weather and your body craving lighter meals, you can easily create fruity breakfasts, delicious salads and vibrant macro bowls with the various ingredients you’ve prepped.

If you watched my first meal prep video, you know that I’m a fan of preparing ingredients over full meals for maximum versatility and nutrients. So in this weekly meal prep I’ll provide several ideas of what you can make with your prepped ingredients, but remember to have fun with it. Tweak recipes, adjust quantities and make it your own.

    I’m so glad that I found you. I’m in the beginning stages of a wellness journey.  As a breast cancer survivor, I’m looking at a wholesome and natural way to get and stay healthy. I watched a couple of your videos and can’t believe how easy you make things look. Thanks for the motivation. I just got home from grocery shopping and I’m heading to the kitchen to organize and get some prepping done. I can’t figure out how to down load the summer PDF prepping guide.  Please help.   21. So awesome!!! Where did you get the shallow bowl that you dipped the spring roll wrappers in to make them soften? Thanks for sharing such a helpful blog post/video!! Your meal preps are my favorite!

    Im having trouble subscribing. The link to get the guides only shows your note but not the box to subscribe or submit. I was doing from my phone. Do i have to do it from my laptop? Please help. Was trying to grocery shop and meal prep tonight while inspired lol.
